Service Guarantee

The satisfaction of our customers is defined as the response of the provided products and services to the goals set when concluding the cooperation agreement between ArtisWeb and the customers.
The warranty provided only concerns website and online store construction services and not the provision of promotional services.
Customers will not receive any credit for any failure, malfunction or unavailability of products and services caused by or related to:
- Circumstances beyond ArtisWeb’s reasonable control including, without limitation, government activities, war, insurrection, sabotage, armed conflict, blockade, fire, flood, strike or other labor disruption, interruption or delay in transportation, unavailability or interruption or delay third party telecommunications or services, hacker or virus attacks, failure of third party software (including without limitation ecommerce software, payment gateways, chat, statistics or open source scripts) or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or energy required to use the appropriate equipment to provide this agreement.

Limitation of Liability – Insurance – Indemnification

ArtisWeb is not responsible for the content of the websites it builds, therefore it bears no responsibility if the website violates any legislation in relation to intellectual rights, copyright, is a product of copying, is pornographic, racist or pirated content (hacking, pirate softwares , warez sites, serial numbers), involves drug trafficking, attempts to break into a computer, or violates any other law.
In such cases, where ArtisWeb has taken over the hosting of the online store, it has the right, without warning, to immediately deactivate the online store account and access to it via the Internet without any liability for damages that may be caused to the customer or to third parties . Immediately after, the customer informs you in order to proceed with the removal of the material. In case of non-compliance, ArtisWeb has the right to delete the account completely.
The customer acknowledges that in the case of website hosting, he must meet the legal conditions for maintaining and operating his website.
E-shop construction services
ArtisWeb builds and provides its customers online stores, without managing them, in the sense that it does not process the data and information about products and services displayed through the online stores. Any online orders and contracts for the purchase of the displayed products and the provision of services through the individual online stores are governed by the more specific terms and conditions set by each online store and are drawn up exclusively between the users and third-party users of their online store .
ArtisWeb is not responsible for the content of the online stores it builds, therefore it bears no responsibility if the store violates any legislation in relation to intellectual rights, copyright, is a copy product, is pornographic, racist or pirate content (hacking, pirate softwares, warez sites, serial numbers), involves drug trafficking, attempts to break into a computer or is against any other law.
In such cases, where ArtisWeb has taken over the hosting of the online store, it has the right, without warning, to immediately deactivate the online store account and access to it via the Internet without any liability for damages that may be caused to the customer or to third parties . Promotional services
ArtisWeb provides its customers with services to promote their business, without being responsible for the products or services advertised through it. Any deviation from the promised good is the responsibility of our customers and is regulated solely between them and their customers.
ArtisWeb is not responsible for the content of the promotional services it offers, therefore it bears no responsibility if the customer violates any legislation in relation to intellectual rights, copyright, is a copy product, is pornographic, racist or pirated (hacking, pirate softwares, warez sites, serial numbers), involves drug trafficking, attempts to break into a computer or is against any other law.
In such cases, where ArtisWeb has undertaken the management of promotional actions, it has the right, without warning, to immediately deactivate these actions without any responsibility for damages that may be caused to the customer or to third parties.
The customer acknowledges that in the case of hosting an online store, he must meet the legal requirements for promoting his activity and communicating with their customers.
Details regarding the nature of promotional actions and the relevant conditions for their provision will be described in the relevant agreement between the contracting parties.
Pricing and termination of services and contract
ArtisWeb reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. It is understood that the customer always pays the price indicated in the relevant price lists for this product or service at the time of ordering. Any costs of payment of the services concerning the customer (bank deposit costs, etc.), are paid by the customer.
ArtisWeb has the right to offer packages or offers that will have more favorable terms or prices than those that existed when the customer originally purchased services or products. These price and terms changes do not affect the existing prices of the parts.
Discount coupons and any offers listed on products on the ArtisWeb website are valid only during their initial purchase or offer period and do not affect the renewal price of any service or product. Promotional coupon discounts do not work in conjunction with any other eligible discounts or promotions.
The agreed price that the customer pays to ArtisWeb for the services it provides will not change after the order. In addition, ArtisWeb reserves the right to change at any time the prices of the services it provides for purchase by future customers.
Payments
ArtisWeb for the convenience of its customers offers several ways to pay for the offered goods under the following conditions:
For reasons of identification and transaction security, the customer, if requested by the company, should provide further information, such as his identity card, passport, etc.
If the customer does not provide the requested information or the transaction is not successfully identified by the company, the company has the right not to provide the service as well as not to refund the amount of the charge related to this transaction.
The customer is not allowed to make fictitious, false or fraudulent purchases of services. The customer is fully responsible for charges, fees, taxes and contributions arising from the purchase of services from the company.
The customer agrees to provide the company’s support department with any information requested, in case it is necessary to confirm the transaction.
Payment by credit card or PayPal
The customer has the option of paying for his orders via Visa, Mastercard, credits and any other convenient means supported by the company. The customer accepts that any additional costs or commissions that concern him and that may arise from intermediary payment services are borne by him. The credit card is debited after checking and certifying the data and its validity. The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording of the credit card details.
In case the customer chooses to have his credit card charged automatically by the company every month, he authorizes the company to collect the price of the service at each renewal and before the service becomes due.
Payment by bank deposit
The customer has the option of paying for his orders by payment to a bank (in store, via e-banking or phonebanking) through the DIAS system at the contracted banks. In this case, the customer must pay any bank fees.
Termination of Services and Agreement
This service agreement may be terminated by either party without cause. ArtisWeb is not obliged to refund the agreed amount for the period of time remaining from the day of the interruption to the normal end of the contract in the event that the interruption is requested by the customer or the agreement is terminated by the company in the event of a violation of its terms by the customer .
If the customer declares that he does not wish to continue the services, then ArtisWeb will stop the services provided to the customer and delete from its servers the corresponding records and files of the customer without further notice.
The company reserves the right to refuse, terminate or make available the services it provides to the customer at will, with or without notice, and will not be responsible for effects, positive or negative, that result from the termination of a website by a server or termination of some other service. The restoration of service or files in a web hosting account is not charged unless the actions are repeated often and due to volume, administrative costs are created for the company.
In the event that the customer keeps one or more services unpaid on his account, then the company has the right to suspend, stop or delete the service, the domain name or the hosting accounts, without the obligation to provide backup copies (backup) to the customer.
The company reserves the right to cancel an account, including files and content, for any reason, per at any time. The customer agrees to keep backup copies of all files and databases hosted by the company and agrees that ArtisWeb will have no responsibility for data loss. The customer is responsible for backing up their data.
The customer, if he no longer wishes the services, should notify the company through the offered communication methods.
In the event of non-timely payment or in the event that it is impossible to charge the customer’s credit card due to an unavailable balance or due to the expiry of the validity of the credit card, the services provided by the company are programmed to be interrupted automatically.
The customer receives in the communication email that he has registered with the company notifications about the imminent end of the services before their end date.
Security
The customer acknowledges that access to the services and products provided by ArtisWeb requires the use of usernames and personal secret security codes (passwords), which provide access to them.
The customer accepts that he is solely responsible for managing his passwords and maintaining the confidentiality of his account passwords from third parties. The company is not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person.
All information transmitted by the customer to ArtisWeb is confidential, all necessary measures have been taken to use it only when deemed necessary within the context of the services provided, as reflected in the privacy policy.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These terms of use of our services are drawn up on the basis of all the rules of law of the Greek Territory, are governed by Greek Law, by the applicable legislative provisions of the European Union and by International Treaties and are interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith, of transactional morals and the social and economic purpose of law. In the event that a term or provision of said terms of use is deemed invalid or voidable, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the other terms. The customer agrees that for any dispute arising between him and ArtisWeb, the laws of the Greek State will apply and the competent courts to resolve them will be the Courts of Chania, Crete. The company has the right to modify without notice the Terms of Use of the Service Provision Agreement.
The terms contained herein supersede any other agreement or negotiation between the customer and ArtisWeb, whether oral, written or otherwise, including any statements made by any of its representatives.
